In his role in Network & Customer Operations, Rohidas Pai is responsible for providing end-to-end world-class support services for our customers globally, from setting up a trial account, running a demo/training session, steady state operations & maintenance, and billing.

Rohi brings more than 25 years of expertise in deploying Telecom solutions to customers globally and has a proven record of setting up a world-class customer support system. Prior to joining Infinite Convergence, Rohi was the Director for Global Customer Support at Aricent (now Capgemini) providing on-site deployment support, managed services, and 24 X 7 support for one of their largest customers which had an install base across the world. Prior to this, Rohi worked in different roles at Reliance Infocomm (now Reliance JIO) responsible for rolling out Cellular Network Services across India.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Rohi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from University of Mysore.
