We endeavor to ensure customer satisfaction and add value to overall business objectives. Recognizing the importance of quality in meeting client needs, Infinite has instituted stringent quality assurance and control measures. We use our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure quality across our organization. Our QMS is designed to ensure that we develop applications and design solutions not only with the intention of meeting our clients’ specifications but also in accordance with statutory and other industry-wide standards. Our QMS is ever evolving and incorporates the collective learning from our employees, who work on diverse assignments across the globe.

The purpose of TL9000 is to define the unique quality system requirements for design, development, production, delivery, and service for organizations in the communications industry.
